alternatingly shy, pensive, obsessive-compulsive, wayward, curious, a perpetual student, and prone to day dreaming and to sudden ranting on specific topics (see below). I have a degree in Comparative Literature and French and a job that exists as a means to pay the bills. I do not own a car. I supplement the utter boredom inherent in said job by reading too many books, studying random languages, and possessing an overactive imagination which I then channel into occasional writing and games. On weekend nights, I frequent street corners with friends in a completely innocent way imbibing far too much coffee and pastries and observing folks who can barely walk in a straight line. Or else I get kidnapped and forced to dance in smokey rooms with flashing blue lights and rather friendly people. Mainly I talk to trees and hang out with my family and read books. Did I mention that I like to hang out and pour over books? I'll read anything from slutty fashion magazines to rpg manuals to dry rants on post modern deconstruction to the dictionary. If it has words printed in a language that I can read, it's fair game.
